Age: To apply for ssc cgl exams, the age of the candidates should be between 20 to 30 years, for some post it will be 30 plus years. For ssc cpo the age should be between 20 to 25 years. The age relaxation is given as per the norms for reserved categories candidates.

Qualification: The candidates who are having graduation degree in any discipline are eligible to apply for ssc exams. The students who are in final year/semester of graduation can also apply for ssc exams

Physical Standard: For the posts which are filled through ssc cpo, there is a certain criteria of physical standard which need to be fulfilled by the candidates.
